Alternator died ay 191K? Damn, SHOs are money pits when stuff breaks all the
time!!  ;-)

Just like my '89. After 11 years and 200K miles of daily abuse, the diff
pins let go!!

Looks like after 191000, my alternator has given up. Had to order a
replacement, any helpful hints on removal? Or is the service manual process
fairly straight forward?
