[Shotimes] 95 MTX Running Terribly Rich

Need some help here,

My 95 MTX has been running terribly rich lately.  The
smell of gas gets really, really strong when sitting
at idle after the engine is fully heated.

Some symptoms:

- Hard to start, long cranking periods. Often only
starts on second attempt.
- Codes 211 and 214, CKP and CPS. (542 also....not
worried about it.)

Tach operation is fine.  No real driveabiltiy issues,
drives fine.

What's my best plan of action?  Should I change the
CPS?  Some searching on shoforum leads to a possible
bad DIS?

Help me out everyone....
