Sounds like what goes on in my garage lately....a brand new one on Lowrider, then
that car quits two weeks later, and it has to come off to go to BD, which has to
return it's Lowrider loaned one back to L. So I got pretty good at it too...about
20-25 minutes or so.
A hint on Gen 1 cars is to remove the radiator overflow bottle...that gives you good
access to the front two bolts. Another thing you have to do is take the battery
tray out, so that the long bolt will come all the way out. WHile it is out, cut
slots for the bolts in the two lower mounting places....that makes THAT job very
easy....you don't have to take the bolts all the way out, just a half inch or so.
