[Shotimes] wheel offset and spacing?

I am having centerline build me a set of wheels. Contrary to everyone's .02
about how they are not strong enough, I've seen a set survive a whole summer
on MA roads on 225/45/17 tires so I'm pretty confident that for my daily
driving around rims they will be fine. Centerline seems to think so to, and
explained to me that thier load ratings are a good deal under what they
really should be at. That said, can't beat the price at $159 a rim delivered
for something that is 15lbs per wheel.

So I test fit one up to my car with my SHOstopper Jr. wilwood brake kit. And
just like my ADR's the caliper will hit on the Centerlines as they have
about a 1/4mm clearance. SO since centerline is building my wheels special
for me, I was wondering what I should ask them about spacing the wheels out
a little further, but not machining off so much material where the wheels
meets the hub. What would that be called? I have measured front and back
fender clearance with my ADR rims and 5mm spacer and I have plenty of room,
So I was thinking about having centerline add 3-4 mm on the wheels to allow
me to eliminate spacers on the fronts.

Would this be backspacing?
