That backstretch at VIR is really long. Mike took my 92 there for a three day school a couple of months ago. He says that he was
running out of RPMs in 4th gear. He could have needed 5th gear if the back stretch were just a tiny bit longer.
If anyone ever has an opportunity to get some track time at VIR, don't miss it. VIR is easily the nicest facility in the USA,
guaranteed.
