Hello Everyone,

Here is the final information for the Gingerman Track
Day hosted by the TCCA

Thursday, October 27th, 2005

7:00  Begin arriving at the track  tech inspections
as cars arrive
8:00  Drivers meeting
8:30  Instructors run with novice group  demo laps
8:30  While instructors run with the novice group,
finish tech inspections.
9:00  Other run groups will start.
9:00- 12:00  Run groups as announced.
12:00  12:30  lunch
12:30  5:00  Run groups as announced
5:00  We must leave the track grounds.

Run groups will be determined based on past track
experience.  If you are unsure of what group you would
like to be in, talk to an instructor and they can help
you decide.  You can change groups if you feel the
need to, just get an OK from an instructor.  We plan
to have Novice, Intermediate and Advanced (multiples
of each group will be created if necessary).  We dont
want to have more than 6-7 cars on the track at once,
if possible.

Attached is a tech inspection sheet for you to
reference when preparing your vehicle.  Only basic
items will be inspected at the track, so you are
responsible to make sure these things are taken care
of.
