There is a filter in the line from the reservoir that supplies the washer nozzles. 
It often plugs up, especially if the washer system isn't used a lot.  It is
available new at the dealer for a small price.  I've replaced it on the wagon
several times over the years.  It is in a different place on SHOs...can't think off
hand where it is just now.  It's a couple of bucks, as I remember.
