[Shotimes] Removing Halfshaft?

You need a really long breaker bar, about 3 ft. After you've removed the
bolt/nut from the ball joint (and perhaps separated the part on the knuckle
that the ball joint slips into), place the prybar between the subframe and
LCA and push really hard (or stand on it). It will pop loose.

Subject: [Shotimes] Removing Halfshaft?
I'm in the process of taking care of the bad halfshaft boots, and I was
curious if anyone might have tips on getting the knuckle separated from the
control arm. I've used a prybar against the subframe, and the control arm
definitely moves a bit, but I cannot get it far enough down to get the two
to separate. Any hints would be great, as it looks like I'm close to
getting the halfshaft part of the job done, though we discovered that the
swaybar endlinks have all four bushings torn up badly!
