[Shotimes] Interesting 95 MTX in Pittsburgh

Dave, my guess would be that someone swapped out the speedo, and had the
seats redone. Interesting that the door panels are different though.

Lee, I saw seats similar to that last time I was at a local junkyard, except
they were grey. The cloth pattern was not the same as the SHO though. I
was excited because I know someone that needs a 50/50 grey rear seat, but
this one wasn't in good shape, someone had bent it up trying to get into the
trunk. The front seats were near mint though. The steering wheel wasn't
leather wrapped either.

It would be real easy to fake this or clone one with the 93 police speedo
and recover the seats at an upholstery shop. Re-upholstery in vinyl is a
$1000 less than leather.
OTOH if this is indeed an un-molested original, with some documentation, a
very interesting find indeed. There are some strange things out there...
..
FWIW There is a stone stock 95ATX Opal Frost about 3 miles from here with 6K
original miles on it. Never titled, never will be, but not for sale either.
Still had the factory window sticker last spring.
..
A friend of mine has a 95SLO SE. Has the SHO buckets, with bolsters and
split leather & cloth. Definately leather 'cause its falling apart with age.
Similar cloth pattern to a SHO. Except that it's green cloth/leather.
