[Shotimes] Brake Upgrade time... again

Ok, I'm trolling for upgrade options on my brakes here, I have 96's and I
totally did not have enough brake power for running hard on the brakes at
the track yesterday. A lot of pad transfer, and a lot of fading. I am now
looking to go to a 13" rotor on the front and likely will go to carrying a
swap of pads for track use.
 I am looking at the 13" Cobra Brakes, any info on those would be good. I
remember there was some in the past, and would appreciate it if you have
hung on to it.
I am also looking for info on mounting the 96's in the rear, but may stick
with my stock ones for a little while longer.
