[Shotimes] Adjusting belts?

I occasionally produce small batches of a tool that is optimized for this
job - and removing the idle air bypass valve. These tools are comprised of a
ball-tip 5mm driver mounted in a 1/4" socket. To my knowledge, these are not
available commercially.
