Ouch. The 96 brakes are heavy to begin with. The 11.6"
rotor weighs more than the front spindle!

I didn't check the link that you posted. If you get a
PBR setup, make sure you are getting their HD caliper
and not the GT/light duty setup. I'd also consider 2
piece rotors with any brake upgrade.
