So it looks like the clutch in my wife's red 92 is on it's last grit, and I'm trying to line up all the parts to change it out.
This will be the first clutch I've done on any car, though I generally know my way around a car and have had the transmission out of my Mustang a few times now.
My hope is to get all the parts here, and do it over this coming weekend. (before it gets too cold.)
So far I've ordered all this stuff from the local Ford dealer, based on Gary Chapman's list:
1 N801408S Plastic pin for throw-out bearing
1 F1DZ7A537A Clutch/PP kit/PP bolt kit
3 D1FZ6397B Flywheel dowels
2 N804021S60 LCA bolts
2 N803985S160 LCA nuts
I also plan to order from shonut:
1 E6FZ-7N620-A Upper TOB release shaft bushing
1 E6FZ-7N620-B Lower TOB release shaft bushing
1 Clutch install DVD
And from the local Advance Auto:
1 BCA 614079 Throwout bearing
1 MotorMite 74080 Set of flywheel bolts
I couldn't find the N803859S felt washer that Gary mentioned. I figure I'll fabricate one from a sheet of felt if I have to.
Am I forgetting anything?
I see Advance has a flywheel listed for $47 (and a core charge):

I'm tempted to just get it so I won't have to deal with getting the old one machined (which could be difficult on a weekend), but at that price I wonder how good it would be.
I'm also a bit worried that I don't have an engine hoist or anyone to assist me. I just have a floor jack, two bottle jacks, and 4 jackstands.
My Mustang's T5 weighs 75lbs, and I was able to get it in and out OK by myself, but I might not have if it were much heavier. Any idea what the SHOs weighs?
