In my experience PA has been worse for years. Ohio got it's bad rep back
after the 55 mph limit, when they were one of the first states to get radar
guns.

Actually, I now fear Ohio less than Indiana, as the Ohio state patrol uses
laser, mostly, and if you are watching ahead, you can see them parked
perpendicular to the road (either in the median or off to the side).
