[Shotimes] Katrina and Missing Hillman List member

I have two friends that live north of New Orleans (up around Hammond). I
haven't tried to call but I sent emails. With all of the focus on NO, I
believe areas around there, like Hammond, have no power or phone, and those
folks may very well have evacuated also.
