No, that looks like the original Probe concept car, back when the Probe was
gonna replace the Mustang.

Haven't seen a GN34 pic in years, but it's a 2-seat sports car.

Okay, it's well established that the Taurus SHO got the engine intended for 
the GN34 project.  I've read a little bit about the GN34 project but never
