[Shotimes] Katrina and Missing Hillman List member

A very good friend of mine lives in Ocean Springs, MS.  Maybe 56 miles
from the eye of the storm.  His house sits right on the bayou.  It is
still standing.  His basement had 4 ft of water in it when he returned. 
Power was restored to their neighborhood in 4 days thanks apparently to
FPL that turned out in droves to help the gulf coast states.  FPL
apparently has hero status with the people there.

I too would like to know if Ted Breaux made it through okay.
