[Shotimes] Leaning out @ part throttle - opinions please

First, where is my fender.
Thanks, but it is not a Tweecer or tune problem. There is nothing to be
learned from the datalogs, as they look picture perfect, MAF values all on,
HEGO's good, KAMFR values from .972 being the lowest I have seen to 1.004
being the highest, and that was when I had a bad HEGO, now they are very
close to 1. My WOT WB numbers are exactly what LAMBSE is commanding. The
last thing I ahve to look at is my fuel pressure. I have checked it at
idle, or revving it in nuetral, but I do not have a mounted gauge, so for
all I know it is going crazy at part throttle. I will be getting a
permanent gauge soon to keep an eye on it. Even though my idle vacuum is
very steady, and I do not see any vacuum/boost irregularites while driving,
I have a feeling I have a vacuum leak somewhere, as everything else on the
car is pretty much untouched since before the swap, except for a number of
vacuum lines.
Of note, when the car is rolling in nuetral, rpms @ 1200, the WB is going
crazy and leaning out. As soon as I come to a stop it evens out and idles.
What is up with that I wonder.
