[Shotimes] Rear Brake Job

**Sorry if this is a double post.  I had my subscription set to not send 
messages and I had to reset it.**

I have a '91 and was attempting to change out the rear pads today.  Ran into 
several problems.

1.  How do you remove the emergency brake cable?
2.  I have a rusted and frozen caliper pin.  What is the best way to fix?  
Drilling?

Any help would be appreciated.  I am stuck and can't afforad a mechanics 
help this time.  Thanks.
