Well, if this is the voltage output that the frequency is riding on,  then it 
would probably be OK to run the output of the BARO sensor straight into  the 
line level input of your stereo head or power amp and play it through your  
onboard stereo.  ;-)
 
Check your specs for max allowable V on your line level input first  though!

As I interpret it, based on what everyone's said, there are two  different 
signals rolled into one here.  Changing the altitude causes the  voltage to 
vary.  Changing the vacuum signal causes the frequency riding on  that voltage to 
vary.  A complete test would seem to require verifying  both.
