[Shotimes] service CD .ISOs

And unfortunately, there are currently no '04 manual CDs available (on 
my site, or in existence AFAIK).  I think I heard that they went to DVDs 
starting with the 2003 MY.

By the way: man, who knew these CD images would be so popular?  The 
fordcds dir alone pulled down 220 GB last month, and so far this month 
I'm already up to 218 GB... =)  Don't get me wrong, I don't mind; I've 
got the traffic to spare, it's just neat to see what a void I'm helping 
to fill.  A couple days ago, I checked the throughput at around 7AM EST 
and I was seeing ~4 Mbits/s.

Side note: I sent Mike an off-list email link to Blur - Song 2, so 
unless he complains loudly that the link didn't work, he got the song. =)
