[Shotimes] service CD .ISOs Install?

Maybe I'm just stupid here but, how do you install these?

I keep getting an application error, Application: IS20SET.  The Win 16 
Subsystem has insufficient resources to continue running.  Click on OK, 
close your applications, and restart your machine.  (Of course that does 
NOTHING!)

Running Windows XP, trying to install the 1995 disc.
