[Shotimes] I need help

Ok, I bought a car, Mercedes, and it does not have a title or key for it. It
is broken and I want to find out what it needs to make it drivable but without
the key I can't find out.

Mercedes will make a key from the VIN but I have to have the title first. I
can get a title but it will take months and $$ to get it and I don't want to
go through all that to find out the car is shot.

So, what I need is someone who knows someone that works for Mercedes and will
get a key made for me.
