[Shotimes] How to remove wheels without wheel lock

I had them on my '97 with the OEM wheels.  What a joke.  You can take off the
large center cap and use a pair of channel locks to take them off.  Which I
did when I lost the key the second time.  Now they are on the bottom of my
pond.
