Did you mean to say unequal length?  It actually uses equal length half
shafts (well kind of, the center carrier bearing on the passenger side
is to equal things out).  It's unequal length half shafts that cause
torque steer.

The SHO uses unequal halfshafts and very firm (on the MTX anyway) front
strut rod bushings to keep the car from toe'ing in under accel, both
help torque steer.

It's not too bad with the stock diff, with a quaife, it tends to yank
you around a bit more
