Yeah, but that gives you a bunch more loose crap you have to wire out of the way while working in that area. It is a lot easier to just bungee tie the whole bracket to the hood lifter, or vacuum tree, or something else over behind the strut. I hate having that thing come b ack and whack my arm while I am doing one handed solder work on the harness for my PFE sensor, after the original one gets burned away by the EGR tube.
(The more I nag about redoing the PFE sensor connector, the less likely it will happen!)
