[Shotimes] (semi-OT) stalling at idle in Drive

Our 94 CV stalls at idle but only in Drive (when you're stopped at a light). 
Doesn't do it in neutral.  Engine gets a lopey idle for a few seconds then 
stalls.  Replacing the IAC valve didn't fix it.  Any suggestions for things 
to check?

4.6L, 174K, about 20K on O2 sensors, 12K on fuel pump and fuel PSI measures 
OK.  Original cam and crank sensors.  I'm gonna pull codes in the morning 
but the CE light hasn't been on.
