FPS sells the Perf + pipe now, but it's expensive as hell.

Peformance Plus used to make them, but I don't seem them listed on their
website any more:

Another option is to have one fabbed up, if you've got access to a shop
with a mandrel bender. This is the closest one to me (he's big into the
GTP scene):
