[Shotimes] Competition Limited headlight harness compatibility issue with DRL's

Thanks.  I wish the news was better.  I like not having to worry about turning my headlights on when it rains (CA law).  I also like that the DRL's use the high beams at reduced output so there's no additional wear on the low beam filament.
