[Shotimes] Competition Limited headlight harness compatibility issue with DRL's

Where would one go to get the DRL module? As I understand the wiring is
in all taurii for it but only Canadian SHOs got it? Doesn't sound like
something I'd find at the pick-n-pull, and I haven't seen any on Ebay
either. Do SLO DRL modules fit? I bet I could find some of those... and
they're a pretty hefty insurance discount, too (at least with USAA)

Thanks.  I wish the news was better.  I like not having to worry about
turning my headlights on when it rains (CA law).  I also like that the
DRL's use the high beams at reduced output so there's no additional wear
on the low beam filament.
