    Say someone (I am not implying that this would be the way all people would
behave of course) has good credit and gets drug down by a medical reason or
being unable to work for some reason.  Their credit score suffers as a result
and they are using every $ they have to get past debts paid off make creditors
happy and such.  I can see why if they are trying to stretch their money as
far as possilbe that they quite possibly would be more likely to file a claim.
They are also probably more stressed or frustrated as a result of being
financially constrained, and i can say that for me being stressed does not
help my driving capabilities.
