[Shotimes] Engine Codes 14 & 19

Hello all, I am getting two codes on my 89 during the KOEO test, 14 & 19.  
The engine feels like it is trying to intermentantly shut off and them turn 
right back on.

I suspect either a crank pickup sensor or the DIS module.  I am not loosing 
the tach when the engine tries to shut off, so I am thinking the Cam sensor is 
ok.  Does anyone have any other experiences or thought?  Thanks for the help
