[Shotimes] Brand new fuel pump

[Paul Nimz]

Grounding the fuel pump test connector with the key in run on the data link
connector will force the fuel pump relay on that is in the IRMC.  The fuel
pump test connector is the one on the right when the connector is held in the
2top/4bottom position.
