[Shotimes] Gas smell in car

Yes this is normal. It's actually a vacuum that causes the whoosh.

  I do get an air sound when I  unscrew the gas cap to add fuel.. is that
normal??
  It sounds like I'm relieving pressure when I unscrew the gas cap..
