[Shotimes] RE: Memphis is shaping up. Good food....Interstate Restaurant

Many years ago I went to a Uncle Bud's Catfish and Such in Memphis, great
aligator tail.  And down by the river downtown an old warehouse that was
converted to a "pick your meat and cook it" steak house, most excellent.
