Try commission based pay!

I work on a project for 6 to 12 months.

The architect specifies my product. The job is bid. Maybe my customer
gets the subcontract, so the material is ordered in 3-4 months,
8 weeks later the material is shipped, and finally 3 months later
the order is paid. Only then do I get my meager 2% commission...

And for this I have really flexible time, but must put in well over
80 hours a week..

regards, Jim White
