[Shotimes] OT sump pump backup system

I searched around the web and found a couple of places that had what seemed
like reliable water powered systems. I have them bookmarked at home
though. I'll try to remember to send them to you tonight. One gave some
specs on water usage. A gallon of municipal water will draw out 2 gallons
of water from your sump well. That's a decent amount of water usage, but it
should be dead reliable. The way I look at it is you lose your water during
a storm you've got much bigger problems. ; )
