Yeah, this article reiterates what GM said previously. When folks shop on
the Internet, they do things like "give me cars priced below $30K". GMs MSRP
prices on a given model would not be shown, but in reality with
discounts/rebates/etc, some cars would fall into that category.

They are just finally getting smart!!
