I know there are a lot of them, and I know the engines get built, and I know they

I stand behind my response to the second question of Joseph's, which I answered in
the original post...about quality products which are improved versions of the
original, which don't have problems caused by basic design flaws due to the design
crew not learning from the past. It's really hard on sales when savvy owners
realize that a new model of a previously very dependable car has multiple failures
of basic components due to the fact that the designers are trying to reinvent the
wheel.
...the example that jumps out at me is 4 wheel drive Dodge Ram trucks having a
recall for ball joint failure. Ball Joints....??!!
We've had IFS for how many decades?
