FWIW, and this is a useless piece of info, but I was gonna buy a 350 SS Nova in '69, but I had priced a 428 CJ Mustang and I just couldn't swing it. Yeah, I wasn't a fan of dedicated mfrs (Chevy, Ford, Mopar), I just wanted a hot street racer.
   
  Of course, I would have beat the bejesus out of it, and I never would have kept it even if I could have afforded it as a college student.
