[Shotimes] Rotor rusted to hub

My rear rotor gave me quite problem coming off as well. Just keep soaking 
both rotor, and ABS sensor, just incase, liberally with PB. Make sure you 
rotate the rotor as you are hitting it. You could try a bigger hammer ;) or 
perhaps try prying it with something.... Persistence is key my friend. Took 
me almost a full half an hour of beating the crap out of it, as i was 
getting very frustrated. By the way, hope you have a new rotor!
