[Shotimes] Spoiler Install...??

Awhile back i bought a used, stock SHO spoiler on ebay for my '92. Ive got a 
little time on my hands now, so id like to put it on. My question is, has 
anyone done this before? Is there any trick or good method, or just 
suggestions, for measuring/lining up the holes to be drilled and mounting 
etc.?
