[Shotimes] New Mexico Speeding Ticket Advice

In all the wonderful anti-terror legislation that  has passed the last few years was a provision that mandated DL info be  shared by all states.  They may have some leeway as to what they  do with it, but the info must be shared.  Until that time, Texas  didn't share info with anyone, either direction.  Since the states  around us tended to give us tickets just because we had Texas plates.
  
  Luckily, I've never gotten a ticket in NM.  But I have found out of state tickets are hard to deal with...

It looks like he can take traffic school to keep the points off his license:

but I'm not sure if he can get traffic school remotely or if he'll have to 
make an appearance.

Any other hints or tips on what he can do to reduce the impact or keep the 
points off his license?

Also, I recall a case I read online about someone in a Mustang getting like 
a 100+ ticket here in Mass and beating it.  I think he worked at M/A-com. 
Anyone have that link?
