[Shotimes] '95 Power Steering Pump Pulley

This is my first post, but I've been lurking on this list for about a year and a half.  I appreciate all the knowledge and info you guys share.  
  I own a '90 MTX & a '95 ATX.
   
  The '95 began chirping & I noticed the power steering pump pulley spins out of round.  My mechanic says it's a bent pulley, but the pump is fine...sounds a little strange to me...how does a pulley get bent?
  Either way, I'm having a heck of a time finding a replacement pulley.
  Anyone experience this problem?
