And if you replace the hose, buy the braided steel, not that much more, and the difference in braking feel will amaze you

My 89 did exactly that after I started parking it, when the second SHO got
here.
To confirm, drive the car a short distance, use the regular brakes only.
Jack up the rear wheel(s) and see if there is drag / or the wheel spins
freely. If opening the bleeder valve relieves the pressure / sticking / it's
a bad hose. Typically one side is worse than the other. If you haven't used
the parking brake, it can't be that. A sticking slider pin would typically
just cause very uneven pad wear, not severe heat.
