 Unless you have gauges and know what your low side pressure is, I would not 
attempt to adjust this. It's only for fine tuning. If you set your low side 
too low you will freeze the evaporator. No harm but it will stop the airflow 
and you will have to shut off the A/C wait for the evaporator to melt and 
then turn on the A/C again.
