When I was composing my response, it gave me a failure message on my browser when I
first tried it from my bookmark.  I Googled it, and clicked on that URL, and it
worked OK.  I went back to my bookmarked URL and it worked after the Google check.

Something wierd was happening, but it works now (at least for me).
