I believe those plugs were invented by Josh Teixeira at SHO NUT Performance. 
Try www.shonutperformance.com.  I have those plugs in my 92 and swear by 
them.

Do you know about the purpose of the plugs?

As the title says I am looking for Bias Plugs or a Working Bias Block
system. I would prefer that either are in good working condition.
If the Bias system, I need the spring(s), threaded rod, block etc. Basically
