[Shotimes] Brake Pads

Mine's a '95 ATX daily driver with no mods.  
  I've always used Bendix TitaniuMetallic MKD601 front brake pads.  They stop pretty evenly, but they do put out the dust.
  I'm thinking of trying Bendix Ceramic D601CT pads.  I've never used ceramics before.  Any pros/cons???  I guess they can be used with the existing rotor.
