[Shotimes] Airbag code 51

Howdy All.

The AIRBAG light in my '95 ATX is flashing a 51 code at me, and 
according to the SHOTimes FAQ, that corresponds to:

"Diagnostic Monitor Internal Thermal Fuse - Open Due to Intermittent 
Short to Ground"

Now, if it were something like 	"Driver-Side Air Bag Circuit - Low 
Resistance or Shorted" I would know where to start troubleshooting, but 
this: I have no idea.

Anyone know where I should start?
